Jonathan Lewis
22 years experience in retail and property development, consultancy and sales & marketing. The first part of his career was engaged in a retail business, a chain of high street stores and property investments. He has been active in the UAE Real Estate market since 2002.In 2006 he took part in a joint venture to develop a new sales & marketing "model" of Serviced Hotel Apartments in Dubai Sports City. He secured planning permission and played a major role in the project concept, investment model and the ultimate sell out of 562 units. In June 2007 he established Beaufort Estates, a Dubai-based International Property, Consultancy, Brokerage and Management business with a Commercial Trade Licence issued by the Government of Dubai Economic Dept with offices in the prestigious Pinnacle Building, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Beaufort Estates is run in association with the J Al Serkal Group of companies. He currently divides his time between Dubai, UK and Europe.
His most recent focus is in the development of Student Accommodation and setting up a new manufacturing business in Dubai in the construction sector with the J Al Serkal Group to build affordable housing & buildings throughout the GCC.
