Trevor Homer

Trevor Homer, currently specialising in Student Accommodation, has over thirty years experience in business management. His background includes twenty years in industry and export, and eleven years in construction and property development.

His most recently completed student scheme is the Priory of St Wilfrid in Leeds, which serves the three main universities within the city. The property was Grade II* listed and was successfully converted from a continuing education establishment, to accommodate almost one hundred students in self-contained studios. The scheme was acquired by one of the principal UK student halls funds Cordea Savills.

We intend to focus mainly on the London sector of the student market along with other major UK cities with the aim of maximising the opportunities presently available in distressed property disposals, the shortfall in suitable student housing. Also due to the growth, the accommodation sector of many higher education establishments for overseas, post graduate and mature students with our new model of Boutique Student Residence.”
